No returns will be accepted if shown to be used and/or not in original condition with the original packaging.
Shipping Charges if applicable are not refunded.
There is a 30 day return privilege
All products returned must arrive in the original condition to be eligible for refund. Otherwise, it will be refused and shipped back at the buyers expense.
If the product was shipped free, the customer will then be responsible for the shipping cost we incurred and it will be deducted from the refund.
Shipping the item back to CyclePac Inc. is the responsibility of the buyer and must be sent freight prepaid to the address below. Please insure the items returned for their full value. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receiving item or items.
To return an item to CyclePac for credit you must make the package identifiable for us. We suggest you print your e-mail confirmation and put it in the box. Please include a note telling us why you want to return the item
